King & Co has been appointed to promote this site as an extension to Swanley Bar for up to 125 new homes.
The proposals include a new village centre with a primary school and village shop. A new park is proposed that will extend the existing sports field and playground to the southwest on the land that used to be the hunting grounds for the Duke of Leeds. New public footpath connections will link to the existing network to provide access to the wider countryside and public transport routes to Potters Bar Station.
