Oliver developed his career after qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor with Wetherall Green and Smith, as a Developer with London Town PLC, Redrow Homes PLC and Tesco Stores PLC.
Oliver is a founding director of King & Co with Jonathan Collins. Oliver is the director responsible for strategic asset reviews on behalf of landowners, identifying development opportunities and maximising income and revenue for clients through financial options analysis. Oliver oversees the creation and management of Joint Ventures with landowners to deliver a property strategy to maximise value.
Jonathan graduated from Newcastle University School of Architecture to work in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Borneo and London before co-founding ColladoCollins Architects in 2004. There he was responsible for a number of major retail, leisure, residential and commercial mixed-use projects in the UK and Europe.
Jonathan is the director responsible for creative project operations including the strategic promotion of housing sites through the Local Plan, assessing development opportunities, guiding them through the planning process and overseeing the delivery of development projects.
Paul brings over 50 years of UK real estate experience to King & Co as a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment Property Forum. Paul joined UK real estate fund managers, Frogmore, in 1995 as Managing Director and currently serves as Executive Chairman of the company. Over the past 25 years, Paul has been responsible for setting Frogmore's vision and has successfully delivered its sustained performance. He spearheaded the raise of close to £1bn in equity capital globally across three closed-end funds and has been involved in the organisation, underwriting and financing of over £7bn in transactions at Frogmore. Paul is a strong supporter of the Willow Foundation - a charity for seriously ill young adults, and in 2016, he was awarded the MBE for his services to charity.
Kyran has had a hugely successful international career with 51 caps, captaining England in three test matches and touring with the British & Irish Lions to South Africa. In 2003 he was part of the World Cup winning squad and was honoured by the Queen and made an MBE.
Kyran runs his own successful timber-frame business, Hybrid Houses Limited, working with many of the major housebuilders. Kyran joined King & Co in 2016 in acquisitions and business development.
Tasneem qualified at the University of Natal, South Africa and practiced as an architect in Durban and Cape Town at IDC from 1996. After working for a number of large practices in London, she started her own business, Blue Gecko Architects.
Since joining King & Co, Tasneem has been instrumental in the design and delivery of all King & Co projects from large masterplans to the on-site delivery of unique dwellings.
Joshua Carson is King & Co’s in-house public relations and communications manager. He graduated with distinction in Economic and Political History at Corpus Christi College, University of Oxford and previously summa cum laude at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). As a political strategist, his training in formulating public relations campaigns have been honed while working for the Civil Service. He is currently studying his GDL LLB law qualifications at BPP, London.
Joshua formulates public campaigns to engage with all stakeholders through grassroots consultation. He is enthusiastic in helping to resolve public concerns and is active in delivering Starter Homes for his generation.
Sue is an experienced finance professional with expertise in both property businesses and start-ups. Roles have included those with Sovereign Reversions plc, Connells, and Augur Investments, a West End based property investment and development company.
Sue monitors the financial health and well-being of King & Co, providing financial insight and guidance on company decisions and issues. She makes use of cloud accounting technology to prepare cashflow and management accounts to assist the Board.
Following graduating from her Estate Management degree, Caroline managed the end of tenancy refurbishment of properties in Kensington, Chelsea and Notting Hill for Winkworth. In 1999 she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Nelson Bakewell in the West End where her role included residential and commercial management and the refurbishment of apartment buildings in Central London. She later joined Starbucks Property assisting with their lease renewals and fit out programme of over 200 stores.
At King & Co, Caroline has expanded her role through an Interior Design qualification and works with local agents to identify market trends essential to delivering a desirable final product across the whole spectrum of the market. This includes being involved in the design of developments at the concept stage with the in-house team of architects, through the detailed specification and procurement for construction, and to the dressing and marketing of new show homes.
Katherine studied at the University Tecnologica Equinoccial in Quito, Ecuador where she graduated in her architecture degree.
After working on residential and leisure projects in in Ecuador and Spain, Katherine joined King & Co as a Project Coordinator assisting the in-house design team in the development of concept designs, masterplanning and the promotion of strategic land. She has also helped with the dressing and marketing of show homes and the coordination of information for sales and handover.
